Affordable Housing Program in Georgia

Home Ownership Is Possible!

Have you always wanted to own a home but don’t believe it can happen for you? If you find yourself questioning whether homeownership is within your reach, we’re here to challenge your doubts. The  Neighborhood Empowerment and Wealth Collective, Inc. is here to help.

We are using a collaborative housing development model to build new homes for moderate-income families. But we are not just building houses, we are building “communities” of people who intentionally support each other and live together in harmony. We are creating a New American Dream—one of self-determination, self-sufficiency, and community action.

We are not demoting the concept of the traditional American Dream, but because of the state of our economy, that dream does not work for most Americans. That is why we have come together to develop this project collaboratively and in a new way.

When you become a member of NEW, you join a group of like-minded individuals and families who understand that “teamwork makes the dream work.” As a new business, we need people to join us and help us complete the pre-development work. We need subject matter experts to sit on our Board to help with the finances, real estate matters, and other critical logistical activities. We need families to join and begin the journey to homeownership to occupy one of the new homes when the development is complete. And we need people who can mentor us and help us find resources to realize our vision.

We are excited to introduce our NEW American Dream because it is about inclusion, progress, and sustainability for every life it touches.

If you have questions or want more information you can send us an email or contact us by phone.
